As we have moved through this long and stressful journey to save our children from the overreach of the federal government through our education system.  The progressives understood way before we did that an entire nation can be remolded through the indoctrination of our children through the school system.  WE have tried to fight off this reform but I truly believe we are about 10 years too late.  I am not against teachers nor am I against the public school system.  But my first priority is to our children and until school administrators and teachers stand up to the destruction of public education I will remain always on the side of children first.  It is apparent, especially now that Common Core is embedded into federal law by the passing of ESSA, the only way to destroy the beast is to STARVE THE BEAST.  The beast needs our children to survive.  So we need to remove our children in order for the beast to die and the children to thrive.   We have a lot of resources on this website under the many tabs and also I encourage you to visit our other website STARVETHEBEASTUSA.COM

I believe that we have to come together as communities and save as many children as we can.   We will never save them all but if we could save just 25% we could strike down the beast once and for all but at a minimum we will have nurtured and educated enough children to carry on the American culture.  For parents that can re-prioritize their lives and home school their own children we highly recommend that you do.  But we also know there are many working poor parents and single parent homes in which the parent(s) cannot provide a private or home school education.  This is where the community comes into play.  You do not have to be a college graduate to home school.  If you feel you are equipped to teach a child all they need to know that is great but if not there are many resources to help you home school your child or a relative, neighbor or friends child(ren).

You might have to work with your state legislators to create a more friendly home school environment and if this is your thing would be a great contribution to your state and your community.

There are a lot of retired people (and teachers) that just might like to take in a child and home school them.  I highly recommend FPEUSA.org if you are looking for an inexpensive, Christian, Classical, teacher led, NEVER Common Core, no data collection on line school program.  You can register for select courses or the entire course.  I have thoroughly researched this organization.  Dr. Duke Pesta is deeply involved in this program and we all know and trust Dr. Pesta.  But those of us that are sitting home need to reach out and leave a mark on the world while we are here and what better way than to nurture and educate a child or two.  What is my plan you ask????  I plan to get one of the many churches in my county to donate 1 small room.  I plan to take in no more than 5 students and register them all on FPEUSA.  I will be there to monitor and help.  The little ones are only on the computer 2 hours per day and the rest of the day will be spent doing assignments, exploring, playing, singing, dancing, drawing, learning history, field trips, reading good literature and just being a child, learning to love learning and loving just being a child.  It is my dream to get this set up in all 95 counties in Tennessee.  If we could get one of these classes in each of the 95 counties we would have saved almost 500 children.  If we could get more than one set up in each county all the better.  The bottom line is we have to use our American innovation and come up with solutions to help our community by-pass the destruction that is taking place in our federal institutions.  Yes INSTITUTIONS.  They are no longer places for children to learn and grow to be healthy, productive, moral people.  So what are you prepared to do??  Are you wealthy?  Can you contribute the fee for FPEUSA ($1800 per year) for a child to attend FPE instead of a federal institution?  If that is how you can contribute let me know and I will find you a child to sponsor.

Below is a list of people in TN that have agreed to mentor parents looking for help and/or information on how to navigate the home school world.  We also have one of our mentors that is willing to volunteer to home school a small child in her area.  She home schooled all of her children and they are all grown now.  Do you want to join our MENTOR CLUB?  Send me a message and we can talk.  If our MENTOR CLUB is for you then I will add you to our list.
